Primarily the company wanted to raise USD 25 million. The company's announcement states that MOBI tokens pre-sale turned into the largest Q4 in 2017 and at the beginning of 2018.
32 thousand of participants participated in main campaign. Mobius Network will use Stellar smart-contracts to pay in small sums between the computers in real life. Main token-sale of Mobius Network will start on January 18, the organizers expect to sale USD 7.5 million of tokens MOBI.
The company will limit each potential buyer to 25.000 tokens "to ensure a decentralized token distribution with as many people participating as possible," according to the release. Furthermore, buyers will only be able to purchase MOBI tokens using Stellar's (XLM) lumen cryptocurrency, wich as to Mobius Network, may enter top-3 market cap even this year.
