Crypto Bank Galaxy Digital LP to be traded on Toronto’s TSX Venture Exchange since August

Since August 1, Mike Novogratz's crypto bank will be traded on Canadian Exchange
Galaxy Digital LP, Mike Novogratz's crypto bank, will be listed on Canadian TSX Venture Exchange on August 1, GLXY ticker. It was reported by Bloomberg.
The way to TSX for ex-partner in Goldman Sachs and crypto investor Mike Novogratz was not easy. In particular, Galaxy Digital had no audited reporting for two years as required for IPO. It was the reason for Galaxy Digital to chose reverse takeover by shell company which shares were traded on TSX.
Then, as to Novogratz, they had to go through "frustrating" process - the Canadian regulators verified teh company with scrutiny. In the result, Galaxy Digital should change the date of listing on the stock exchange from April to August.
“If I knew what I know now, knew the crypto markets were going to swoon as much, and it was going to take so long, I might have stayed private for another year or so and then gone public. But I don’t think it’s a mistake," Novogratz said in a TV interview with BNN Bloomberg.
In future, Novogratz plans to list his company in Fankfurt, London and Hong Kong.
"We’re going to be a global company; we want to be globally traded," investor said.
